CODFISH FROM VICENZA

INGREDIENTS:

or two persons: 2 spoons of extravergine olive oil, flour, garlic, salt, ½ onion, 175 ml of milk, 10 g of butter, parsley, 40 ml of dry white wine, black pepper, 260 g of codfish, 2 salty anchovies.

DIRECTIONS:
Wipe out and cut the codfish, add salt and pepper, cover with flour. Fry ½ clove of garlic and onion. Add the anchovies, the parsley, the butter, the milk and the with wine. Mix for 3 minutes and put the codfish cooking in the oven at 180° until fluid will be absorbed.
