OMELETS WITH TRUFFLES INGREDIENTS:
for two persons :4 eggs, 20 g of butter, 10 g of black truffle, salt and pepper.
DIRECTIONS:
Clean
well and cut the truffle. Mix 15 g of butter with the whisk eggs, salt and pepper.
Cook the compound with the other butter and the truffle. Make an extended omelette
and cook it, then dish.
