ETRUSCO SHEEP MILK CHEESE INGREDIENTS:
for two persons: aromatic vinegar, 2 spoons of extravergine olive oil, salt,
100 g of sheep milk cheese, ½ spoon of honey, 5 g of pine nuts.
DIRECTIONS:
Mince
the pine nuts and add the oil, the aromatic vinegar, the honey and the salt mixing.
Dress the sheep milk cheese with this sauce.
