APPLE
SOUP WITH GORGONZOLA INGREDIENTS:
for two persons: 25 g of gorgonzola, ½ bouillon cube, salt, ½ lemon,
40 ml of white wine, 25 g of butter, black pepper, 3 apples renette, chervil.
DIRECTIONS:
Peel
2 apples and dice them. Fuse the butter with the apples and cook for 3 minutes.
Add ½ lietr of water, ½ bouillon cube, ½ lemon, white wine and cook for 20 minutes
with mild fire. Add gorgonzola, salt and black pepper mixing until the fusion.
Dish with chervil.
