GLUTTON MADONNA SWORDFISH INGREDIENTS:
for two persons: 2 spoons of extravergine olive oil, salt, ½ onion,
175 g of peeled tomatoes, 7 green olives, 200 g of potatoes, one spoon of
capers, basil, 300 g of swordfish, black pepper.
DIRECTIONS:
Brown
the onion in abundant oil and add the pitted olives, the capers, the peeled tomatoes,
salt and pepper. Cook for 20 minutes, add two slices of swordfish and cook for
5 minutes again. Boil the potatoes, peel and slice and add the fish with the
basil. Mix and dish.
