SIGHS INGREDIENTS:
for three persons: 7 g of flour, 50 ml of cream to whipe up, 100 g of icing
sugar, 150 g of sweet almonds, one egg white, vanillina, ½ spoon of
chestnut honey.
DIRECTIONS:
Peel
the almonds in hot water and mince them. Whipe up the egg white and the cream.
Mix the icing sugar with the almonds, the flour, ½ small bag of vanillina, ½ spoon
of honey, the cream and the egg white. Shape small packs and cook for 30 minutes
at 150°.
