FONDUE INGREDIENTS:
for two persons: salt, 100 ml of milk, 5 g of butter, 150 g of fontina cheese,
250 g of potatoes, 2 yolks.
DIRECTIONS:
Boil
the potatoes in salty water, then peel and slice them. Dice the fontina cheese
and fuse in the milk. Whip-up the yolks and combine with butter mixing. Put the
fondue over the boiled potatoes.
