RISE
FROM MILAN INGREDIENTS:
for two persons: 200 g of rise, 30 g of butter, saffron, 20 g of Parmesan, half
dl of bouillon, half dl of white wine, crushed onion, salt.
DIRECTIONS:
Put
the rise with 10 g of butter and ΒΌ dl of wine, add the bouillon, the saffron
and cook. Put the onion with 10 g of butter, add the other wine until evaporation
and the other butter. Filter the sauce and mix the rise, the sauce and the parmesan.
