TRENETTE
IN WALNUT SAUCE INGREDIENTS:
or two persons: 200 g of trenette, 40 g of walnut kernel, ¼ of garlic, ½ dl
of acid cream, a spoon of walnut oil, 5 g of breadcrumb, salt.
DIRECTIONS:
Burn
and mince walnuts, add the breadcrumb, the garlic and the salt. Mix the composed
and dilute with acid cream and walnut oil. Cook the trenette and spill the sauce.
