BUCATINI FROM AMATRICE INGREDIENTS:
for two persons: 200 g of bucatini, 80 g of pillow, 20 g of grated sheep milk
cheese, one spoon of olive oil, 150 g of tomato paste, hot pepper, with wine,
salt.
DIRECTIONS:
Cut
the pillow and brown it with oil and hot pepper, then add white wine and tomato
paste. Cook the bucatini and season with the sauce. Dish adding sheep milk cheese,
pillow and pepper.
