RICH PUFFS INGREDIENTS:
for four persons: 250 g of leaf pasta, 100g of ricotta cheese, 100 g of sweet,
10 g of butter, 40 g of sugar, 20 g of icing sugar, 2 spoons of milk, one
teaspoon of cinnamon, a little of vanillina.
DIRECTIONS:
Winnow
the ricotta cheese, add the sweet, the vanillina, the sugar and the cinnamon.
Cut the pasta as lozenges of 10 cm and spreads on the ricotta cheese and the
milk, then fold the corners. Spread on a llittle of butter and cook in oven for
30 minutes at 180°. Dish the puffs with icing sugar.
