BROAD BEANS, CHICORY AND SMALL CALAMARI INGREDIENTS:
for two persons: 200 g of broad beans, 200 g of small calamari, 100 g of chicory,
2 spoons of olive oil, 40 g of onion, 4 basil leafs, salt and pepper.
DIRECTIONS:
Peel
the broad beans, clean and cut the chicory, then add the onion, the oil, one
dl of water, salt and cook for 7 minutes. Clean and wipe out the small calamari,
then add salt, pepper and vegetables. Cook for some minutes with the basil.
