BB-Italy.eu would converge an increasing request to an evolutive offer. The proposed structures quality, the stays choice, the prices transparency and clarity, and finally the professionalism of the people responsible for reservation management, make this portal an useful and reliable way for booking short or long stays in many Italian places.

For the users of mr-bibi.com services is necessary to know and accept the following regulation

STAY TIPOLOGIES
It’s possible to select two stay possibilities: Bed and Breakfast or Real Estate.
The Bed and Breakfast, represents the cheaper solution and allows to rent one or more rooms inside an equipped apartment or villa, also for one night only. The cooking is not permitted.
The essential services provided are:
table or buffet breakfast directly by the landlords
cleaning room every client change or at least once a week
laundry supply every client change

The Real Estate represents the more complete and independent solution allowing to rent the whole apartment or villa, with cooking opportunity, for three consecutive months maximum. Foods and drinks are not administered.
The essential services provided are:
electricity, gas, heating, hot and cold water supply
laundry supply every client change
cleaning every client change or at least once a week
maintenance or repairs of plants or furniture

All the structures inserted in the site are classed by categories depending on services and house features. This classification is symbolized from the stars number assigned, after services evaluation in the following way:
1 star - structure with only one client room and one bathroom shared with the landlord
2 stars - structure with two or three rooms and one common bathroom reserved to clients
3 stars - structure with at least one room with private bathroom
4 stars - structure with two or three rooms with private bathroom


ON-LINE BOOKING
To perform the booking, cheek the availability on the on-line calendar in the chosen structure “booking” area, then select the interest period and carry on the form compiling.
The operators will confirm immediately your reservation and will transmit the payment terms, bank references included.

PRICES AND PAYMENT TERMS
The 20% of the booking amount is coinciding with the confirmation earnest through bank transfer at the time of reservation, the remaining 80% directly to administrator when you come to the place.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIME
At the arriving the client could occupy the room from the 2 to 6 p.m. It’s recommended to advise the landlord about the coming time expected, any potential late arrival could make trouble both. Since these are small structure with familiar running, the differentiated welcome could involve the penal payment. At the client leaving, the room should be vacated within the 10.30 a.m.

DELETION BOOKING
- In case of booking renounce and deletion, the amount deposited as confirmation earnest will retained.
- In case of impossibility to avail the reserved period, the earnest will be the advance fee to spend within the next three months, except the availability.

LIABILITY LIMIT
Since the delivered services typology from the portal BB-Italy.eu, launched to connect the clients together with the structures landlords, the Conexio society doesn’t accept any legal, pubblic and/or penal responsibilities from:
damages brought by the structures landlords to clients or by the clients to people or objects during the stay
structures landlords legislative, fiscal and administrative defaults
wrong communications and/or informations about the structure by the landlords acknowledging the truth
In general, the liability about the stay in the structure (hospitality, courtesy, hygiene, the breakfast etc..) is full-load on the administrator/landlord.

SUPPLEMENTARY SERVICES
It’s possible to require supplementary services, not scheduled in the portal, predicting a cost to pay in the place. Every structure must offer for free to their clients further services.

VALIDITY DURATION
The above-mentioned regulation is valid for one year. Any change will be advised on the site www.mr-bibi.com
